What we collect
When you send a plan request we receive your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, country, the trip you chose, your preferred dates, group size and anything you write in the message box.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare your itinerary and quote, and, if you book, arrange permits, hotels and transfers with our partners in Tanzania.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Tanzanian tax law requires.
