Overview
The trip of a lifetime, done properly. Lemosho is our highest-success Kilimanjaro route, with eight days for your body to adjust. Afterwards you fly to the Serengeti to follow the Great Migration, then finish in the Ngorongoro Crater.
We time the safari to where the herds are in your month, from calving in the south (Jan to Mar) to the river crossings in the north (Jul to Oct).

Day 1Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport

Day 2–9Lemosho climb to Uhuru Peak

Eight days crossing the Shira Plateau and the southern circuit, with a sunrise summit on day eight. The route page has every camp and altitude.
Day 10Fly to the Serengeti
- Serengeti
- Overnight: Mobile tented camp near the herds

A light-aircraft flight saves a long drive. Afternoon game drive.
Day 11–12Following the Great Migration
- Serengeti

- Meals: All meals
Two full days with the wildebeest herds and the predators that follow them.
Day 13Ngorongoro Crater
- Ngorongoro
- Overnight: Lodge on the crater rim
- Meals: All meals
Drive south to the crater rim, with a game drive on the crater floor.
Day 14Back to Arusha and fly home

Drive back to Arusha, then transfer to the airport.
